Please note: If your trailer has fixed sides or tailgates that do not remove, there will be an additional $30 per ton rigging fee.

Most customers with open or removable-sided trailers do not incur this charge, but for fixed-sided setups or non-removable tailgates, rigging is necessary to ensure a secure and efficient load. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us keep loading safe and fair for everyone.

Once your pellets are paid in full, we can store them for you in our yard until you're ready to pick them up.
The storage fee is $29.99 per ton, per calendar month.
This is not a penalty or a fee for purchasing pellets. Your pellets belong to you once they are paid for. The storage fee simply covers the valuable yard space required to keep your pellets here instead of at your home.
WHY IS THERE A STORAGE FEE?
Our yard space is limited, and every pallet of pellets that remains here takes up valuable space that we need for incoming inventory.
When customers purchase pellets and leave them here for extended periods, those pallets occupy space that could otherwise be used for new incoming loads.
During the busy heating season, this can make it difficult for us to bring in additional pallets in a timely manner and keep heating pellets available for other customers.
Our storage program gives you the convenience of purchasing your pellets now and picking them up later, while helping us manage our limited yard space and continue bringing in new inventory.

• Pellets must be paid in full before being placed into storage.
• Storage is $29.99 per ton, per calendar month.
• The storage fee is based on the calendar month, not the number of days stored.
• Storage fees are not prorated.
• Any storage during a calendar month is subject to the full monthly storage fee.
• Storage fees must be paid before the pellets are released.
• Storage fees continue for each calendar month that the pellets remain in our yard.
• Customers should contact us in advance when they are ready to arrange pickup.
